Author New Custom Skin For CTF Harpoon

A custom skin for the COLORS CTF Harpoon model made by Micketh has
just been released. It gives the Harpoon a nice silver/shiney look.
The zipfile contains a pak1.pak which you just extract to your kingpin
folder and it places it into the ctf folder where it needs to be.
