This is an urban version of the -=UWILLC=- map by TiCaL. Its a small
fragfest map consisting of one large main area and a small room on the
side with health, armor and weapons.

Changes are:-
urban stlye textures
more player spawns
revised weapon and item placement and amounts
added a custom wav file
