I need some help with a level

| I am in steeltown. I have found David, went back and got the key from
the bartender. Opened the double doors, went into an office looking
area. Wiped out some people, and went down a set of steps. Killed some
more people, went through a garage door, made a quick right, went
through another garage door. Killed some more people. At this point I
become lost. It seems like it just dead ends here. I see some walkways
above, but no way to get to them. I would appreciate any help you can
give.
