Would anyone be able to hazard a guess as to why my Saitek X52 will not
operate inside CFS3 even though under "Control Options" it knows that I have
an X52 and knows it's configured for CFS3?
All the flight options work but no Brakes, Gear, cycle ordnance etc. Guns
work.
Also, CFS3 seems to be stuck in "follow" view - F4 doesn't cycle, F3 doesn't
give me cockpit view.
Can't drop bombs, can't release rockets????? Backspace/Enter is ok for these
two.
I tried to program all the buttons from within Saitek Programmer but the
instant I hit Right Click and the profile from my systray the entire PC
crashes - the error description says that it is a Saitek dot-sys file that
causes the crash. The problem goes off to MS automatically but there's no
indication from their error resolution site that they've done anything about
it.
I'm quite capable of crashing planes all on my own without any extra
assistance from hardware that won't talk to me.
