Dear All Screaming Demons (SDOE)/OpenPlane Fans

For those SDOE fans, may I know what is the best setting to put on the
slider bars?
E.g., there are slider bards for:
sanity
aggression
etc.

I'd like to know what settings will give me the best challenge in an
offline
game one-to-one with the AI opponent.
