Hi, can anyone cast their mind back to LongBow Gold in regard to patching ?
I have installed the game to a new Win98SE box :
1. Installed ver 1.03F from CD
2. Patched to 3DFX with "goldfx.exe"
3. Attempted to patch with "Ver1.04F.exe"

Got the following message with V1.04F attempt :
"Error EPT 0036 wrapdll.dle File of same name was found
no update since file contents do not match"

Does the 3dfx "goldfx.exe" alter the file "wrapdll.dle" ?
(My brief notes indicate that I had a similar problem in Aug 98, but had
success in Sep 99, on different PCs)
