I like to fly the subject sim but when I upgraded from the old P2
with onboard video to a P4 with an AGP ATI video card, the
colors that are displayed by the sim are all wrong (sky is
green, day or night, and land has many wrong colors). I am
guessing that the subroutine calls in the old flight sim are
just incompatible with advanced video cards.

Can anybody give me a clue as to how to solve the problem,
other than maintaining the old P2 just for this old sim?

I have DirectX 8.1 and have tried all 4 hardware performance
settings on the display (in control panel), as well as turning
off Direct3D acceleration in Dxdiag and turning off OpenGL
features in advanced settings of display properties.
