At this site http://frecce3d.uniud.it/ , you can download the results
of a joint
project between the HCI Lab of the university of Udine
and the aerobatic team of the Italian Air Force (the
Frecce Tricolori).

The Lab has produced a detailed, flyable model
of the MB-339 PAN jet. The leader of the Frecce Tricolori
(Capt. Tammaro) was a member of the development team
and beta-tester of the model. Development took about
1 year, at the end of which the Frecce Tricolori
officially approved the public release of the model. Not exactly a
military flight simulator...
