Yea, I have a P4 3.0ghz and a 9800pro and I still find it
dissapointing. SimHQ led us to believe in their beta preview that this
sim ran smooth - shame on them.

Here is a LOMAC FAQ that has some tips for FPS tweaks. Ignore the one
that says turn off 3D sound by editing a cfg file. I tried that one
and it just gave me horrible sound and I never noticed any FPS
benefit.

Go here http://www.lomacfiles.com/ and get LOMAN which is a front end
to LOMAC and a few other games for adding mods. Start here for some
FPS mods

There is another mod there somewhere that gives a FPS boost during bad
weather, look for that one. Doing all that will make it more playable
for you but don't expect miracles until you buy your very own Cray
computer. When will they ever learn that you can't just throw eye
candy at us and expect us to be happy with just that?
