As Allan pointed out, your Radeon 9200SE is the main bottleneck. You
should set all the in-game graphics options to their lowest value (LOMAC
will still look quite good), then try to increase some of these while
keeping your framerates decent. Especially look for the "water" effects
which are real framerate killers.
