Your 9200SE video card is one of your bottlenecks right now.
(one of the main one's at this point)

I am running a 3.85ghz box with an FX 5900 ULTRA in it, and
again, it is my video card holding me back.
(I've seen it on a similar box with an X 800 in it, and the frame
rates are 5 - 10 fps faster)

In A to A I get pretty good frame rates. On A to G missions with
a lot of ground objects, it becomes a slide show.
Most of my settings are close to max, a few are off or med/low
(heat blur off, civ traff. off, water medium, etc...)

LOMAC is the best sim for the feeling of flying fast at low level.....

I've had it for a while now, and am just really getting into it.
Su 27 is my favorite so far
