NO IT ISN'T ! At least not until last month.
Congress has/had no business making a law for a single person so that
they could farm votes from loons like you.

They tried to go around the Law by making a new one in the middle of
the night. and now Delay is threatening them because they didn't do
what he wanted.

judicial make up ?

We also have a right to die.

basis ? Again your lack of knowledge and your love for propaganda are
showing

How so ?
They ruled based on law congress decided it was a great chance for
votes and tried to make a law to get around a perfectly legal finding
and the fact that the fed. branch shows so.
