I'll give you 100,000 to 1 odds it happened years ago. More likely on a
russian mission than american. The reason why is that russian missions have
a far more lesisurely pace than american missions. One of the american
gripes is that the russian don't work as hard as americans when they work
together. The reason for this is the russian are usaully up their for six
months and don't have a need or desire to pack as much work as they can in
the two weeks the americans visit the space station.
