| They have published a wonderful "add-on" (well more than missions)
of Italian campaign and single missions in Greece in the official
IL2FB+PF pages:

It even includes Italian speech(!), medals, plane paintings, ...
In the missions there are a couple of Fiats and Ju87.
And now you can select Italian planes also in Quick missions!
