Game trading site TRADERevolution.com won me over

| After seeing several posts about http://www.traderevolution.com, I
finally checked out the site. The concept sounded good to me, so I
joined. I just completed my first trade and must say I'm impressed. I
traded a game I never played any more for one I've wanted for quite
some time, and it didn't cost me a thing except for shipping. The
whole process was very smooth and easy. I've tried other trading
sites, and let me tell you, this was far and away the best experience
I have had. I would highly recommend this site to all serious gamers
or anyone who just wants to save money. If you're broke like me and
have any games to trade, this site is definitely for you. Not to
mention, if you join, I'll have more games to choose from. ;)

Gee. And with no history of posting to any of the newsgroups (not for
the couple of months in retention my server has; and your email address
has no hits in Google Groups at all), you thought so much of this
commercial service that you would crosspost it from a throwaway account
through a throwaway newsserver. It's as if you were actually the company
shilling for yourself. I'm sorry, did I say "as if"? I meant "that".
I suggest everyone actively works against Traderevolution.com for their
continuing open and masquerading spam to these groups. If anyone asks
about the site, tell them about how they're willing to not only
advertise in open ways, they are so vile that they are willing to pass
themselves off as satisfied customers and that therefore you can't trust
them as far as you can throw them. Followup every one of their spams
with an explanation of what they're doing so that someone doing a groups
search won't be fooled into thinking they're anything more than scum.

Hmmm. WhoIs results for the site follow (you can check the results
yourself to make sure I'm not setting anyone up). You can easily put
inaccurate information in here, but a lot of people don't know that
their information will be so easily retrievable. Maybe there are 800
numbers or other people to complain to about their spamming in here ...

And the games in the database are vaporware, none exist. What he has done
is to list every game he could think of, producing the illusion of a wide
selection of games to trade. But if I post my game in hopes of trading it
with something else, the trade will never happen because that somthing else
doesn't exist.

So, as a "person" who doesn't read these newsgroups, why exactly is it
that you're back?
Were you offered anything in exchange for your posting?

| No, actually, you won't find any posts from me in your silly groups
because I never posted any messages before. I contacted
TRADERevolution after my first trade to tell them how pleased I was
with their site, and they asked me if I would mind posting a message
on Google about my experience. You would see that TRADERevolution is
a wonderful site if you weren't so consumed with suspicion and
hatefulness. As for the person who thinks all the games in the
database are "vaporware", you obviously are not the brightest bulb in
the pack. Try clicking the checkbox at the top of the Search page
entitled "Only display games that are available". :o
