I've not seen it, and I've been checking here:

In the car element - 422 cars listed (and not all Lancers).
It's the "official" US GT4 site.
And I've not heard anything about it, and suspect that it's quite
specifically a UK car (although they were in the Aus tour car chamo weren't
they?).
So, alas I suspect not. Shame really as it's an excellent car and would be
fun to tune.
Per haps for added realism it could be nicked from your garage a couple of
"days" after you've purchased it... ;o)
