Yes! I just recently started playing this game, and felt bad for
running with her in hand, dragging her so awkwardly. I found myself
being the "gentleman" and walking everywhere, just so she could keep up.
I'd catch myself at this, think "what am I doing? She's just a
scripted AI NPC in the game!" and _still_ default back to being the nice
guy and walking with her, just because of the emotional tones of the game.

I hadn't noticed that particular action, yet - but she jumps back
startled when I make sudden movements or loud noise, in the courtyard of
the main gate she ran from pillar to pillar looking at them all
excitedly, etc. It feels quite _real_, at least in its limited scope.
