| Purchased some games from Gamestop.com, happy to say that they arrived
earlier than they said, however one of the pre-owned game boxes was shipped
without any discs inside. Theeir website lists their return and refund
policies, but there is no policy listed for this situation so I emailed
their customer service address (and have yet to get a reply)- has anyone
ever had a similar situation with Gamestop.com, and if so, what was the
outcome?

No, but you should call them if they're ignoring your email.
