I'm sure they have them in Britain as well but here in the US they have
these false teeth that they can individually implant right into your jaw.
You won't be able to tell the differance, although, they are quite expensive
running into the thousands of dollars for an entire mouthful. I'm sure the
operation to implant them would be somewhat tender for a few weeks to a few
months afterward as well. Anyway, just something for you to look into if
having no teeth bothers you at all.
