ok, so i have beaten the game

so i can start a new game with the same items, but is the game harder or

No, in fact it's easier with all that stuff, and with what you know. You
can play a game on Professional, but you can't start a Pro game with your
inventory intact. Go ahead and try Pro if you haven't had enough.
