CodeJunkies.com going out of business?

| On 10/26/2004 I ordered a PS2 Max Drive and a GameCube Max Drive. I
received the PS2 Max Drive right away, but was told the GameCube Max Drive
was "out of stock". As I type this, over a month later, I still haven't
received the GameCube Max Drive. The mindless drones at the US distributor
Datel will say nothing but this over and over:
"Unfortunately the item you have ordered is currently out of stock. We are
currently unable to speculate as to when the product will be back in stock;
however we hope to have it back in stock sometime in the near future. As
soon as the product is available your order will be shipped out to you
immediately. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."
The people at CodeJunkies.com in the UK absolutely refuse to respond at all.
The GameCube Max Drive is still listed as "Availability: Immediate" at
CodeJunkies.com, and has been since the day I ordered it. Obviously, it is
not. Are they just trying to sucker as many people as possible out of their
money before they go under? They certainly took (and still have) my money
under the false "Availability: Immediate" pretense.
The CodeJunkies.com forums have been closed for at least a month. Are they
trying to hide customer complaints for as long as possible to sucker as many
people as possible out of their money before they go under?
Going out of business, or just the world's worst customer service? I don't
know yet, but I wanted to warn others so they might avoid my fate.

Under law in USA, the vendor is *required* to offer full refund if the
item the customer ordered is out of stock and won't be available for
more than 30 days from the date of order.
If you paid with a cc, let them know of this and request a chargeback.
Also do let bbb know of the site's misleading info.

| id get int contact with the Attorney General of the state they are in,
he can direct you to the local authorities or wheover needs to be
talked to. You can also file a complaint with the Better Business
Bureau. Try and get as much info about the company as possible to
give the BBB. It will help them and you out tremendously!

Did anyone answer this question in the cross postings?
What's up with their forums?
Why doesn't my Action replay work with my DS for the older SP games.
It just doesn't load on the DS.
Of course with their forums down I can't post this question there.

I wouldn't put it past Nintendo to design the DS to prevent any cheat
device from working. You may need to wait fir DS version to come out
before you can cheat GBA games.
