Sega Nomad for sale

| Hi everyone,
I've posted in here a few times & have been a long time reader of this
newsgroup keeping the Megadrive/Genesis flame alive.
I'm in the process of moving house & as part of my cleaning out I've
decided to put my beloved & cherished Sega Nomad up for sale on EBay.
The best thing about it is I'm including 137 games in the auction !
The worst feeling was that when I move, the Nomad would basically be
stored away somewhere & I wouldn't really have much of a chance to play
it & I didn't want to do that so I've decided to put it up to let
someone else now own a bit a Sega history !!!
Here is the link everyone & I hope I get a few bids for it hehe (it's
been up for a few days now)
I've been fielding questions from absolutely all over the world so it's
great that there is still so much interest in this fantastic piece of
hardware !!!
Copy & paste into your web browser;
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/SEGA-NOMAD-U...1QQcmdZViewItem
Thanks,
Brad.

Though I already have one, I'll be interested to see what it goes for.

No doubt, I'd bet it was quite a setup.

Well, looks like you got some decent cash off the auction. Let me ask you though: Was this
your Genesis collection...like, it's all gone now?

Yea that was pretty much the most of it. I've put many other single
titles up on EBay for sale too. I still have my original Megadrive 1
that I received in Dec '91 & my Megadrive 2 that I got in Dec '93 & also
there is a Menacer light gun with 6-game cartridge as well. I mostly do
all my Megadrive gaming through Gens nowadays, but I still have a Sega
Saturn & Sega Dreamcast that get worked out a LOT...

Hmmmm, well, I don't know that I could ditch any of actual hardware to
go via emulation only...but I suppose that as I have owned a Neo Geo
AES and CD, and sold/traded them both away, and continue to play NG
games via emulation, I can't say too much. ;)

Yea I know exactly what you mean & yea I dithered around for a while
befoer deciding to put them up on EBay but it's one of those things
where "let he who is without sin cast the first stone". I haven't
actually downloaded any ROMs for a long time & after I bought the Nomad
I went out & spent up big on games. But they were rarely getting used
anymore as I am slowly sucked into married life & I didn't want them
sitting away gathering dust.

Yeah, I can understand that. I'm one of those guys where if I'm not using something, and probably
won't ever use it again, I just sell it off.
