| Is there a definitive list available of all Gen/MD/32x games that were
issued only in cardboard boxes, or those that were packaged in both box
styles?

the four 32x i have in plastic cases are: wwf raw, wwf wrestlemania,
nba jam, and nfl quarter back club. the other 16 are cardboard.
