Federov was rediculous in 96, along with silky-smooth Lemieux, the Big
E rocked the howitzer, while Jagr was clinical infront of goal.
Bourque and Coffee on D...Bure Mogilny on the wings...You still can't
beat Quebec though. Sakic was an all around goal scoring hustler, and
Wendle Clark possesed one of the biggest cannons in the game. Kamensky
had finish, and the tandem of Uwe "Uw've got what I neeeeed" Krupp and
Curtis Lesychyn (with precision) made for some inpenetrable grinder D.
Top it off with the Thibault and Fiset combo in net and you've got a
bad-XXX team that even the Wings have trouble handling. I had a buddy
who always played with Picksburg though...swore by the Lemieuz-Jagr
hook-up. I prefered making the all-time Leafs...Gilmour, Sundin,
Mogilny, Wesley, Leetch...and the Eagle.
