It's some automated spam-like thing, they've been showing up in most of
the groups I'm subscribed to. Personally I think they're quite amusing,
though I don't quite get what they're for/against.

Supposedly they're from Hipcrime, and have their followup to set to a
net abuse prevention group so that when people respond to them, they
generate crap designed to make life difficult for the people who would
like to stop the kind of XXXXXXX that would set something like that up.
