depends, if the seller actually *is* selling something that is rare and hard
to find, then IMO they can say whatever they want to pimp their auction. On
the other hand, if the item is fairly common and the seller is trying to
screw potential buyers, then even if I did want the product in the first
place I would purposely avoid that auction on the basis of "I dont buy from
liars" :-).
