Ah, yes, you too long for those wonderful good old days when this
group was dominated by the likes of Bruce Draney, who sent us
thousands of warnings about declining adult membership, Richard
Peterson who complained that his signature had been forged (by
Beatriz?) on the contract for National Elementary Championship, with
Tom Klem who told us about 1600 disenfranchised USCF members, which he
could prove had been disenfranchised with documents he would retrieve
the next time he went to his storage locker, with Tom Dorsch who
accused almost everybody else in the USCF hierarchy of being thieves,
with Hanke who told us about the Chess Politics Trivia Game he was
developing, and with such other notable characters as Liam, The Rev.
Calvin Hindoo Qusz, The Old Professor, and SlamStoan, not to mention
those fabulous four who were the only four members of this group who
really cared about chess (the rest of us are in it for the money).
These included computer expert George John who was such a nice guy
that he would expend his valuable time to impart to us his pearls of
wisdom and give us basic instruction on computer operations and high
moral and ethical responsibility. Then there was Caveman Kevin who
told us daily about how the CEOs of the Fortune 500 Companies would
call him for advice on how to run their companies.

Last but certainly not least was RSHaas who told us six thousand times
about his wonderful new idea to run the USCF on the Mensa Metro
Scheme.

But, wait! Haas is still around here somewhere, isnt he?
