| Yes, I believe you're right. It's +/- 400 from the highest/lowest rated
player you've faced. I'm sure there's some statistically valid reason for
doing that, but it makes no sense to me. I guess they need a counter-balance
for the fact that the player has not won (or lost, drawn).
