HUH?? I thought the whole point of moving to Sticksville was that they were
going to save a ton of money and for the $$$ they got for the old building
they were going to get free land and a new building? The deal was supposed
to be that they were basically trading the old Windsor building for a brand
new building in Sticksville. To build a smaller building for $651,000 does
not seem much of a bargain. Especially considering that they have to offer
the land/building to the City first if they ever want to sell it.
