| New USCF Board will not build new building in Crossville
Although the final results are still being tabulated, it is clear that
the entire Goichberg Slate has been elected, by a wide margin.
Even though the old board is not yet dead and their bodies are not yet
cold in the ground, the new board has made it clear that they will not
be building a new building in Crossville, Tennessee.
Among the factors are that the City of Crossville originally told the
USCF that a building could be built for $90 per square foot, but now
they are charging $150 per square foot, which is well beyond the price
range the USCF is willing or able to pay.
There is concern that with Beatriz Marinello having two more weeks
left on her term as USCF President, she might try to sign a contract
with a builder in Crossville, that will lock in the USCF into some
sort of contract. The new board wishes to notify any potential
builders in Crossville that it will likely not adhere to any contract
that Beatriz may try to sign.

| You might want to explain what USCF is why all of this is significant.
We might be moving to Crossville in a few years.

USCF is Union of Socialist Crossdressing Fairies and they are a small
organization of dedicated Crossdressers and Fairies who have been having a
major XXXXX-slapping contest over moving from the backwoods Windsor, New
York State to the more metropolitan Crossville area.
Because many of these lady-boys have a dedicated following in the gay clubs,
they feel they might not be as popular in Crossville. They have a very queer
enclave in Windsor, however the City of Crossville has given the USCF free
land, and there are several nudist resorts nearby, so all are assured that
it is gay-friendly.
