This is a new issue nobody had thought of previously.

It seems that if the USCF builds a new building, it must be
"handicap-accessible".

On the other hand, an existing building such the one at Liberty might
not have to be handicap-accessible.

How much does this add to the cost? Why must the USCF membership pay
this additional cost?

I've heard that Sam Sloan has a negative reputation. Now I see why.
My first impression of him is indescribably negative.
