These are all very good questions that we cannot answer. Frankly I
fear the worst.

Why would a person who is seriously ill, perhaps even terminal, who
spends we believe two or three days a week undergoing kidney
treatments, we do not know if it is Kidney Dialysis or what it is,
become so determined to gain control over the USCF and access to all
the bank accounts? Why would a person who has never previously
expressed any interest at all in chess governance suddenly go to such
extreme lengths in the face of such tremendous opposition to gain
total control over the organization?

Why would three other board members support her in this quest?

We are afraid that when we finally find out the answers to these
questions, it will have been too late to have done anything about it.

I suppose that when it is all over, we could file a suit against Leroy
Dubeck to recover the funds. At least he has money.

Dear Sam, (& Mr. Silverman too) - it is a time of goodwill & poor
Beatrice may actually need more than a paltry 500,000$US to procure a
pkdm (personal kidney dialysis machine). An immediate 'whip-round' is
clearly required!. I shall co-ordinate the Australian arm of the
operation & gentlemen, please do not be shy in banishing meanness from
the equation. Thankyou all for your time & eh! - utmost generosity..
