The men-and-women-of bad will are gradually being pinned down by the
courts.

Fide by GM Milov and the sports court in Lausanne. Oddly enough FIDE
insistence on drug testing has had the ironic side-effect that they
are now subject to the judgments of this court.

Fide vice president and move-taker-backer Zurab Azmaiparashvili by the
court in Mallorca.

I hesitate to add fischer---
