Signed Orders to Show Cause have been posted

| I have just re-scanned and re-posted the signed Order to Show Cause by
Jodge Horowitz.
The previous scan had been of a FAX I received. Now that I have
received the original signed order I was able to produce a clearer
scan.
It is posted at the same place:

| I have just re-scanned and re-posted the signed Order to Show Cause by
