Virginia Courts Case Information
Lynchburg Circuit -Criminal Division
Case Number: CR92003936-01
Charge: FEL/FAIL TO APPEAR
Offense Date: 01/10/1992
Arrest Date: 10/07/1992
Fine Amount: $1800.00
Let us break down what Sloan alledges and what the Commonwealth of
Virginia states.
1) "Both were part of the same case and the same trial."
This is a false statement. Sloan was charged and scheduled for court
proceedings regarding the attempted abduction. He then failed to
appear at those proceedings which is a separate crime with different
dates of occurrence and arrest.
2) "I was sentenced to pay a fine of $1500."
This is also a false statement. Sloan was fined $1800 for the failure
to appear. Sloan also implies that no penitentiary time was involved.
He was sentenced to five years in the state pen, of which he admits
elsewhere he served at least 21 months.
3) "I do not see how that can be regarded as a felony conviction and I
do not see how I can explain it in 100 words."
Sloan does not see how a felony can be regarded as a felony? Please.
How to explain it one hundred words?
"I attempted to abduct my daughter in Virginia during a custody case
and then failed to show up for the trial when I was involved in
another custody case in California. I was convicted of attempted
abduction and felony failure to appear."
I believe the above is less than one hundred word no matter how one
counts them.

| Yes, I'm a convicted felon. I like to XXXX young girls and boys. So
what? Who cares? At least I can get some actions. I'm still a big shot
board member while you're still a loser.
