Used properly, it's a very nice word. :-)

But I'll allow Mike Nolan's point that it's not a nice word to use on
the USCF Issues Forum.

Here's the quandary--the middle name of Sam Sloan's co-author,
Jefferson "Clitlick" Poland, is even less nice.

It's also not nice when Sloan defends Poland's acts of cunnilingus on
an of eight-year-old girl by accusing the parents of themselves being
the molesters. Essential context: Poland has confessed to the act.

It's even less nice when Sloan's friend fantasizes about Poland's
molesting eighteen-month-old toddlers for Sloan's amusement.

So USCF chooses to countenance Sloan's moral depravity because Sloan
endorses unspeakable acts?

I know, I know...Thai soldiers on leave do it.
