| Is it true - that most of USCF's documents went into the dumpster and never
arrived at Crossville? Not only financial records, which are a matter of
corporate concern, but all those other records which are an archive of the
past 40 years of American chess history.

It is a much much more shocking news than alleged Peter Leko`s death. ;-)

it is already denied by Important People - no one has said any evidence
either way, since there is no one credible to speak anything about USCF any

Who do you call "Important People" ?
BTW The move to Crossville was dubious from the very beginning now I have
even more doubts. A bunch of people from the USCF is interested in hiding
the truth about this move.

Nonsenee, Sloan reported what had already been reported elsewhere - of
course he was wrong, but not deliberately wrong.
Meanwhile, paper documentation at USCF was never even archived correctly -
if you ask about some older tournaments there is no way to know anything
from USCF, since the material was available, but unindexed.
So the extent of the issue is that it is unclear what was there before, and
we are to believe that some amount was moved [Perks] - how is it known what
proportion was moved and what unknown material went into the dumpster?
That seems to be the question - and who have you read so far who has an
answer?

No worry - it was only those records that concerned your documentation
of Taylor Kingston's emails that were lost. Oh, and before they
unplugged the last TRS-80, the computers spit out your "Almost-an-IM"
certificate, but they didn't know where to send it since you weren't a
member.
I think Sam has that, but he seems to be using it for his claim to be a
"rated chess master" on his video.
