The same could be said of many of your postings -- they are not
really in English.

Nearly an IM with a USCF Expert rating."
Two IMs and three FMs are needed. Or one IM, one nearly-an-IM, and
four FMs. Or two IMs, one nearly-an-IM, and two FMs will work.
Otherwise, it will require fully six nearly-an-IMs -- and that's five
more than are generally known about.
This tourney will be FIDE rated, so it doesn't matter if the
nearly-an-IMs don't qualify based on USCF ratings. Everyone must play
Larsen's opening as White, and danish rolls will be served at
breakfast. Blind players okay if accompanied by seeing-eye Great Dane.
IMs receive a small starting fee. Nearly-an-IMs receive a fee so
small it can hardly be seen. FMs get nothing, just as they deserve.
"Indskud:

This means that as Phil Innes imagines himself to be Elo rated over
2300, he can also *imagine himself* getting a free entry.
