According to USCF records, there is a Delegate from Alaska.
Three candidates from Alaska each received one write-in vote in the
Delegate Election held in 2004. When the State Chapter did not break
the tie, the Executive Board did, as provided in the Bylaws. The
current Delegate from Alaska (through the 2006 meeting) is Michael Tavella.

There are 125 elected Delegates apportioned to the 52 states including
the District of Columbia. (Northern and Southern California are considered
separate states for USCF governance purposes.)
Each state gets at least one Delegate, so all it would take is one voting
member from any state to vote for one person eligible to be elected a
Delegate from that state. Even if no voting member from a state votes,
which has happened at least once, the state is still entitled to one
Delegate, the selection of which would involve the appointment of additional
Alternate Delegates by the State Chapter.
