FIDE Ethics Committee problem!

| I have a personal problem with the FIDE Ethics Committee. The FIDE
Ethics Committee includes the United States Delegate. The US Delegate
is WHITE from an all white exclusive governing chess country. How can
the USCF Delegate be objective in FIDE?

| Let me say it more clearly: I WILL APPEAL TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
DIRECTLY ANY DECISION BY THE FIDE ETHICS COMISSION BY THE UNITED STATES
DELEGATE CONCERNING ANY OF MY NATIONALS, with the US Delegate involved
in the any decision.

This is a serious problem that requires immediate attention. I'd suggest
filing a formal complaint with the USCF, the NAACP, and the OMGLMAOSTFU.

You have an even bigger problem with the FIDE Ethics Committee because
you live in Florida. Therefore, your delegate is the US Delegate and
your complaint to the FIDE Ethics Committee must be presented by the US
Delegate. If he does not agree to present your complaint, it will not
be presented.
Another problem you have is you claim to be the delegate of St. Kitts
and Nevis. However, you are not a citizen of St. Kitts and Nevis, you
are not carrying a passport from St. Kitts and Nevis and you cannot be
their delegate.
A third problem you have is St. Kitts and Nevis is not a member of FIDE
and has not made an application to join which would require, among
other things, the payment of dues.
A foiurth problem you have is you claim to represent Black chess
players, but you are White.
We will look with interest to see how you will overcome these problems.

This is not true. I represent St Kitts and Nevis, that is, her
nationals, in the FIDE General Assembly. I also am a white former
officer of the USCF. I do not speak for black people in nations outside
of St Kitts and Nevis. I observe that the USCF is a racist organization
run by WHITE people. I give Delegates at Large as an example of the
WHITE only attitude of Bill Goichberg and Don Schultz. Their political
supporters have threatened to kill me.
I do not represent black players in general.

guilty of being a racist.
The USCF is not a racist organization. To say otherwise
is absurd.
The only DEATH THREAT you received was from some
idiotic fake Sam Sloan and Ray Gordon impersonator, not
USCF political supporters.
Your buffoonish act is starting to wear thin. I suggest you
stop trying to impress us with your wit and egocentric
