Are black people welcome at Bill Goichberg's chess tournaments

| I want to ask if Black people can feel welcome at Bill Goicbherg's
chess tournaments, and his view on this unprovoked attack on black
people in chess? If Black people are welcome in American chess, then
why are there NO BLACK Delegates at Large in the USCF?

| If they pay entry fees, they're welcome. Bill loves everyone's money.

I do not know what you refer to by Goichberg's "unprovoked attack on
black people in chess," so I can't comment on that, nor can I answer
your question about delegates. I can say that I have played in
Goichberg-directed tournaments, including at least one with substantial
numbers of Afro-American players, and never observed anything there of
a racist character on his part.

| Taylor,
Surely by now you know the old saying:
"Never argue with idiots. They will bring you down to their
level and beat you with experience."
Marcus is the idiot.
Good Day!

Because there is no such thing as Delegates at Large any more.

| There is a USCF Delegate at Large. Ask Harold Winston. I got flame mail
from Harold defending his little title. Former USCF Presidents, and
other WHITE people decided by the Delegates. Jerry Hanken, a white
racist from Califronia, for example, is a Delegate at Large.
Delegates at LArge are WHITE, and alive and well.
