Author FIDE LINE OF SUCCESSION QUESTION
Ambassador

Since there have been so many death threats against a FIDE Delegate for
voting for the relection of the FIDE Presdient Ilyumzhinov, I was
wondering, does anybody know the line of succession in FIDE?

What happens if something happens to the Presdient? Which Vice
Presdient takes over, and in what order of succession, or is a new
election held?

I haven't been involved in Chess politics in almost 10 years now. My
"crime" is only supporting Ilyumzhinov, who is indeed the best
candidate, in my opinion.

Thanks

Why do you threaten to kill a diplomat in the Carribean? What has St
Kitts and Nevis done to you to warrent the murder of one of their
diplomats abroad?
