DISPUTE RULES
In the event that multiple parties claim the 5,000 dollar (US) reward
for information leading to the FINAL criminal conviction of the people
or persons threatening to kill the Permanent Delegate of St Kitts and
Nevis to FIDE - Marcus Roberts - for his support or vote for the
current FIDE President at the 2006 FIDE Congress in May, the reward
shall be divided by binding arbitration. In no event shall I be liable
for more than 7,000 dollars, or 2,000 dollars for arbitration costs.
Any PARTY UNWILLING TO CONSENT TO BINDING ARBITRATION SHALL BE
INELIGIBLE FOR THE REWARD, IF MULTIPLE PARTIES CLAIM THE REWARD. IF
only ONE PARTY CLAIMS THE REWARD, I WILL PAY THE FULL 5,000 DOLLARS.
