RUTHLESSNESS MAY WORK WONDERS

<Channing? Joel Channing? The construction company
exec who sues sick old men for criticizing his commitment
to chess? You expect change from HIM?!?> -- The Historian

Neil Brennen's recital may be the precise reason
why we can expect change from Joel Channing.
Ruthlessness may work wonders.

Whether the change will be for the good or make
matters worse -- that's for the future to tell.

There's little doubt in my mind that the wealthy
Floridian is the moving force behind the secrecy which
is only now beginning to break down a bit. Whether he
will prove an unstoppable, dynamic force for change in
other areas is the question.
