The Land of Not

Bill Goichberg said the difference was 'not great', therefore obviously he
had some number in mind, but he was too shy to mention it.

Joel Channing challenged me from his own calculations and said the
difference in the bids was 'not $100,000', instead of saying what his own
number was.

Nevertheless in the Land of Not asking for actual information, instead of
interpretation of 'not great', and 'not $100,000' is not welcome.
