No one believes Schultz and Channing. This is purely a political payoff
to throw money toward Shahade.

Sabine is an honorable man and that position was advertised.
In fact, all of the membership department staff hired in Tennessee are
rated 1400 or higher and all are TDs, so the people answering the
phones
and e-mail in Tenneessee are, shockingly, actually people who play
chess
and understand how to run chess tournaments!
