You missed the line stating it had been published in a print magazine -
Przegladzie Szachowym. I'm not familiar with the various Polish chess
magazines, but I did get a copy, and it was a glossy publication with
current chess news from Poland. Lots of photographs of Polish titled
players. Perhaps even Jerzy was photographed; I need to locate my copy
to check.

I find only the Pakistan Chess Player site and its associated Chess
Chronicle site confess to having published you.
