Larry, you have a remarkable ability to get things almost right.

The Bylaws specify that the ballots are to be counted in July, which is
what happened Wed-Fri. The final say belongs to the Board of Delegates,
which will be asked to CERTIFY (not tabulate) the election results.
Until then the results remain unofficial.

Peter Tamburo and I will prepare a report for the Delegates on the
election process and unofficial results. That report will probably
contain several recommendations on the election process based on the
problems we had this year, how they were dealt with, and what we learned
during the tabulation.

I haven't checked the detailed (and unofficial) totals posted online, but
I suspect they are probably correct.
