I consistently "overlook" points which are based on incorrect
reasoning, no factual evidence to back them up, or are contrary to the
facts in evidence.

Prior to the resolution being passed, the USCF Secretary decided to
"cut Sam out of the magazine". The Board resolution is a moot point.
