after much, much
soul
searching -- I am deeply, deeply, deeply troubled,
and vexed
down to the Holy Spirit
deep, deep in my American Christian heart!
The <Bad-Offensive> that left your <home> {and}
<loved ones> {and} <village|town|city|country> destroyed
was a horrible error. We had intelligence, but,
it schlepped through our fingers. (Homoland Security prevents
me from telling more, "don't ask".)
Please accept my Holy Spirit -guided, heart felt sorrow
at the <Bad-Offensive> that has befallen you.
I'll be meeting with <high> {and} <ranking> federal officials
to see if we can declare a VERY special World holiday --
so our God-starved planet can observe your tradgedy
in Christian sympathy.
